Refund Policy

1. Google Play purchases
If you subscribed or bought Velanox through Google Play, refunds are handled under Google’s refund policies. You can request a refund in Google Play or contact us at and we will guide you.
2. Microsoft Store / Windows purchases
If you purchased through the Microsoft Store, refunds follow Microsoft’s refund rules for Store products. Contact Microsoft Store support for Store-billed orders, or email for help with your Velanox account.
3. Direct purchases on velanox.org
Where we bill you directly on velanox.org, a 30-day money-back guarantee may apply to eligible paid plans as advertised at purchase time. Email with your account email and order details within 30 days.
4. Free trial
Free trial access is provided at no charge. Abuse of trials (for example repeated signups to avoid payment) may result in account limits.
