Delete your Velanox account
Google Play and Microsoft Store require a clear way to request account deletion. Use the steps below.
How to delete your account
- Send an email from the address linked to your Velanox account to .
- Use the subject line: Delete my Velanox account.
- Include: your account email, and (if known) whether you signed up via Google, email, Google Play, or Microsoft Store.
What we delete
When we confirm the request, we delete or anonymize your account personal data (such as email, name, and account identifiers) from our active systems, subject to limited retention needed for legal, security, or billing disputes.
We do not retain VPN browsing history because we do not log it.
Timing
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request (often sooner). Store subscription cancellations may need to be done separately in Google Play or Microsoft Store settings so billing stops.
Cancel a store subscription
- Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Velanox → Cancel.
- Microsoft Store / Windows: Microsoft account → Services & subscriptions → Cancel the Velanox subscription.
