Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Velanox VPN, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Velanox VPN provides encrypted tunneling to help protect your privacy and security online. Features marked “Coming Soon” are not yet available. Service availability, speeds, and server locations may change.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be legally able to form a contract in your jurisdiction and meet the minimum age required by Google Play / Apple / local law (generally 13+ or higher where required). You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials.

4. Acceptable use (required for VPN apps)

You agree not to use Velanox VPN to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or engage in hacking / unauthorized access
• Commit fraud, phishing, identity theft, or financial crime
• Exploit children or engage in any sexual exploitation content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Spam, mine cryptocurrency abusively on shared infrastructure, or overload our network
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass fair-use, abuse-prevention, or account limits

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may cooperate with lawful investigations.

5. Google Play / store compliance

When distributed via Google Play or other stores, Velanox VPN must also follow that store’s developer policies, including VPN, User Data, Deceptive Behavior, and Permissions policies. Misrepresenting the app’s capabilities is prohibited.

6. Subscriptions & refunds

Paid plans, pricing, and renewals will be shown in-app or on velanox.org before purchase. Store-billed subscriptions follow the store’s refund rules. Where we bill directly, a 30-day money-back guarantee may apply as advertised at purchase time.

7. Intellectual property

Velanox branding, apps, and site content are owned by Velanox or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the apps for personal or permitted business use under these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, unblock of every site/service, or fitness for a particular purpose. VPN use may be restricted in some countries — you are responsible for complying with local law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Velanox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the VPN.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
